In the research phase, a competitor and target audience analysis helped DealerSocket identify whitespace in the market. The Creator archetype was selected by executives as a shortcut to positioning, as the personality related to their origins and direction for the future in automotive.
A new logo and style guide were created to represent DealerSocket's position and message in the market. The logo matched the past logo with a flat, upright design and symbolized the company's offerings as part of a connected suite.
